    Good hotel. Nice staff and in a good location. Rooms are small but for Tokyo, expected. Some of the room didn’t feel as clean as it could have been such as the drain in our shower looked unclean and the top of our toilet control was dusty and dirty. It was comfortable stay for the three nights, a good location and good price so we overlooked the small cleaning issues

    Stayed two nights in a superior twin room last month before completing my weeklong trip in Japan. Had previously enjoyed staying at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Fukuoka and was confident in their quality of service. There are several Mitsui Garden hotels in Ginza and I chose this particular one because of the availability of a public bath, proximity to metro station and an airport limousine bus stop just on the opposite side of the road. The location of the hotel is really convenient. Shopping centres and Tsukiji market are just minutes away on foot. Room was clean as expected and there was nothing I could find that was below standard.     Decent hotel in a very nice part of the city!

    Excellent hotel! Options for three beds (twin xl) or queen beds. Clean. Check the sheets. One of the sheets was dirty and we didn’t realize until next morning. Ginza is an excellent part of the city.

    We stayed for 9 nights in this lovely hotel. Room was small but we expected this after reading reviews but we only used it for sleeping, washing & changing so it was not an issue. The hotel was suitably located near public transport & not far from the main shopping area. We never ate at the hotel as ate out everyday but they did advertise what looked like a lovely set menu.
