  Its a perfectly acceptable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. As it is right by the city, it is definitely aimed towards those in the city on business, however this didn’t bother me at all.   This is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The rooms have everything you need but they are quite dated.   My second stay at this hotel which is located 10ish minutes from Tokyo Station and about the same from the Imperial Palace. The area directly around the hotel is a business district so very quiet at night. I was in Tokyo as a supporter for the Marathon and the hotel's location was ideal for joining the throng around the Imperial Palace finish line. Rooms are quiet, staff are helpful and speak very good English. Breakfast was good although on the light side.   Avoid if you are looking for decent breakfast

  Clean regular small rooms as they are in Tokyo. Worst breakfast I've seen yet.   Good hotel, very friendly staff and convenient location.

  Good hotel. The subway and main Tokyo station are both within walking distance and there are lots of amenities nearby. The rooms are on the small side, but no smaller than similar/comparable hotels in Tokyo.
