  Average ROI. You pay for what you get. Rooms feel cheap. Shower needs to be continuously pressed every 7 seconds for water to come out. No cleaning unless explicitly put with a sign - which is easily missed (money saving for hotels). Aggressive cheapness sugarcoated in the term of ECO and “sustainability”.Location is pretty good, and have drugstores and familymart right below, very close to the Oimachi train station. Fair amount of choices (ramen, washoku pasta) around if you can walk nearby and discover - locals queue for them.

  We came to this hotel because they have 4 different Sanrio's Cinnamoroll themed rooms, and we managed to book one of them for our recent trip to Tokyo! Great for Cinnamroll fans! The special themed rooms are popular and more expensive (very lovely decorated & you get Cinnamoroll souvenirs), but I think I'd happy to return here for the normal rooms too. We came with a child, and they added a child bed (slightly shorter than the normal sized beds), so it's very comfortable for all of us. The room has a bench by the window, a big table, actually a decent amount of small spaces for you to put things. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. It's not a luxury hotel, but overall very happy with the room!The location is great, with the rail station just across the street with 3 different lines. There are so many shops/combini and cafes/restaurants right at your doorstep. It's not in the middle of Shinjuku or Shibuya, so the station is less hectic and more manageable even when you're carrying luggage (there are lifts too). The staff are helpful and can communicate in some English too. Check-in is in the upstairs lobby in the other tower, but there is a short internal walkway you can get over. You can use the free self-service luggage storage (by the check-in lobby) after you check out. Unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of the public bath house downstairs (discount for hotel guests), maybe next time!

  Clean, functional hotel near Oimachi Station

  Budget hotel located within three-minute walk of JR Oimachi Station and one stop away from Shinagawa Station. Comfortable bed and room; clean and modern lobby. Washer and dryer facilities available. Family Mart and Hankyu grocery store at ground floor of hotel building.

  stayed here for 1 night.good, efficient, almost auto/self check in and check out but with people helping you.small rooms for single people, the "usual" ones where you barely can leave a mid or large suitcae.shower small but decent.modern feeling.

  The rooms could use a lot more cleaning, and although some of the staff are good, some others are not nice. It is nearby the Ooimachi station, in the same building there is a supermarket and small shops. It is nearby a lot of other shops.
