  Metro station - just 3 min walk, multiple restaurants including indian restaurants within 5-6 min walk. Cleanliness, everything beyond expectations. Breakfast spread is good Staff behavior was not very welcoming but off course not rude also. i couldn't get better deal on Agoda. smallest possible Rooms is a very common thing of Japanese hotels. so not commenting about that.

  Location is great, walking distance to the JR and Metro line. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby so it is the place if you want convenience. Staff was helpful and the room size is not too bad compare to hotels in Tokyo. Someone came by to check that our room was cleaned and water was replenished. Will stay here again in Tokyo.

  The hotel is in a central location and about 6 minutes drive from Tokyo station (Yen1040 by Uber).The rooms were clean, and the room I chose was a single double which was fine for a solo traveller. It had all the amenities including pyjamas. The best part was the massage chair by the bed which is very handy after a long flight or long day of sightseeing or shopping.The staff were very helpful and helped me arrange to get my suitcase sent to the next hotel. There was slight misunderstanding with getting my room cleaned whilst I popped out due to language with one staff but overall English is not an issue.I will stay here again in the future and have already recommended it to people.All staff were also very professional and friendly.

  Sleek hotel in ginza

  As our first hotel in Tokyo we really enjoyed it. It is very sleek and though the rooms are small, they are a bit bigger than most of the options we saw online. It has everything you need (except maybe a closet), including a tv that you can connect to Netlfix and the massage chair is a nice extra after a long day. The bathroom could use more counter space, there is a missed opportunity by not putting a shelf below the sink. Also, the location is good for three reasons. 1) The Limousine bus stops right in front in the Park hotel. 2. It’s next door to Ginza Yaraucho so there are lots of dinner and late-night options to eat. 3. It is near a few metros station stops. They can help you send your luggage to your next destination.Would recommend.

  Budget friendly, luxurious stay

  Excellent stay, nice location, wonderful experience end to end. We stayed for 4 nights in early June and were very happy with the corner room with 2 wall to ceiling windows. Room is a good size ( I think we should not compare with the room size of hotels in other countries, because then what is the point of traveling if we are stuck in our own comfort zone) They had most amenities, except for a coin laundry. The beds are comfortable and the bath room is a good size. I like that they had a deeper bath tub; which is very useful for families with smaller kids so water doesn’t not run out easily. You can even choose between a shower head, a rain shower or simply a good old faucet. Hotel provides a pair of slipper for each guests in a twin sharing room & 2 light weight bath ropes. You can grab shower cap, tea bags, razors, tooth brush etc from the main reception if you forget to bring yours. I am not a fan of the hair dryer as it doesn’t have the smoothening spout.Very easy access to 3 JR Lines and the surrounding areas are amazing. I feel safe stepping out of the hotel. It is situated besides many luxurious shopping boutiques and the walk to the train station is well shaded. Check out my video! Food choices is plentiful within walking distance. Ginza shopping is only an 8 mins walk away.Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and rooms are cleaned so neatly every day. We enquired about the tickets to book a Shinkansen ride to Kyoto and not one but 3 staff came to our assistance! They provide bottled water in the fridge and replenishes them daily which is super important in the summer sweltering heat. Air conditioning is good and not noisy at all.I will definitely stay here again if I should visit Tokyo next time.
