  Loved the Room & Location, Laundry/Breakfast Need Improvement

  As a couple it’s our first time in Tokyo. We spent 4 nights at this Hotel.Location: Very good, 10/10, The hotel is at the heart of Tokyo, Tokyo Statin-Ginza Area near luxury shopping area, malls, metro stations, restaurants, patisseries, cafes, groceries, Apple Center, all kinds of shopping etc. Subway train to Narita airport directly departs from Takaracho Metro Station (Asakusa Line) and arrives in 1 hour. 7/11 at the entrance is a huge plus.Check-in & out: Easy and smooth 10/10, I advise you to pay in advance to get the keys and hotel information quickly.Personnel: Overall, very kind and helpful 10/10.Room: Room (double room) is large and the king/queen bed also. Slippers and other basic amenities are available. We didn’t need A/C in this season much but worked excellently. Daily cleaning was timely and excellent. WC/shower area is modern & clean. There is safe and minibar in the room. Two free bottles of water every day. Indoor massage chair is a huge plus. The sound isolation is good. 10/10Common spaces: 8/10, waiting hall, restaurant area, elevators are fine. For such a big hotel, laundry is unfortunately small and there is always a queue in the evenings.Wi-Fi: 10/10Security: 10/10, reception is always available. You need your key to enter the hotel as well as to use the elevatorBreakfast: 6/10 No need to wake up early to catch the mediocre breakfast and they also instantly remove everything at 10:00Overall hygiene: 10/10Overall: Our experience was 8,5/10 and we might consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips. フロント デスク, その他 at Remm Tokyo Kyobashi, responded to this review Thank you for staying with us during your very first visit to Tokyo! Also, the in-room refrigerator does not include a minibar, but we do provide two complimentary bottles of water per room each day.Regarding the laundry, you are completely right—it does get quite crowded after the evening hours, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. For our breakfast, we open at 7:00 AM and clear the buffet at 10:00 AM, with the seating area closing at 10:30 AM.   The hotel provides snow white linen and towels. Staff was very courteous and the breakfast was value for money. Location was excellent. The room was good and I guess by Japanese standards of reasonable size.   Don't Stay Here, Please Read!

  I had a nightmare experience at Remm Kyobashi in April 2026. My partner and I stayed and woke up with severe insect bites all over our bodies. I even felt dizzy due to the reaction.I have a medical certificate from a doctor in Hong Kong confirming the 'Insect Bite Injury.' What is worse is the hotel’s attitude. They refused any responsibility, claiming their 'investigation' showed nothing. However, they only inspected the room 2 days later, after it had already been cleaned.If you value your health and safety, do not stay here. They will hide behind delayed reports rather than taking care of their guests. Hotel itself showed zero accountability.2026年4月にレム東京京橋（Remm Kyobashi）に宿泊しましたが、まさに悪夢でした。起床後、私とパートナーの全身にひどい虫刺されがあり、アレルギー反応でめまいまでしました。香港の医師による「虫刺され（Insect Bite Injury）」の正式な診断書も取得済みです。さらに許せないのはホテルの対応です。彼らは責任を一切認めず、「調査の結果、何も見つからなかった」と主張しています。しかし、その調査が行われたのは被害報告から2日後であり、すでに部屋が完全に清掃された後でした。監査の観点から見ても、清掃後の調査結果に証拠能力はありません。自分の健康と安全を大切にするなら、このホテルには絶対に泊まらないでください。客のケアよりも、不適切な調査報告を盾に責任逃れをするホテルです。全く誠意が感じられません。2026년 4월 렘 도쿄 쿄바시(Remm Kyobashi)에서의 숙박은 정말 최악이었습니다. 투숙 중 저와 동행인은 온몸에 심한 벌레 물림 피해를 입었으며, 저는 알레르기 반응으로 어지러움까지 느꼈습니다.홍콩 의사가 발급한 '벌레 물림(Insect Bite Injury)' 진단서도 제출했으나, 호텔 측의 태도는 매우 무책임했습니다. 그들은 '자체 조사 결과 아무것도 발견되지 않았다'며 모든 책임을 회피했습니다. 하지만 해당 조사는 객실 청소가 완료된 지 이틀이나 지나서야 이루어진 것으로, 이는 증거로서 아무런 가치가 없습니다.건강과 안전을 생각하신다면 이곳에 머물지 마십시오. 손님의 피해보다 뒤늦은 조사 보고서를 핑계로 책임을 회피하는 데만 급급한 곳입니다. 호텔 측의 무책임함에 강력히 항의합니다.

  Nice Twin Room But Very Poor Breakfast Buffet for a 4 Star Hotel

  Was at this hotel for 3 nights and my review as follows:1) Location:It was about 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station (South Yaesu Exit) - just cross the road towards Midtown Mall and walk all the way. It is not that far. Hotel is also within 5 minutes walk to Ginza Shopping area. Therefore, the hotel location is actually excellent. The Kyobashi station is also just below the hotel and you can reach Shibuya station in 25 mins (10 stations). This hotel is a great base if you are taking day tours which starts from Tokyo Station. Tokyo Station is not easy to navigate and very crowded and confusing. Best is to walk outside of Tokyo Station to find the pick up points for the tours. It was about 15 mins to 20 mins easy walk on a flat road from the hotel to our day tour pick up point (under the Beams sign). My advice is to walk outside of Tokyo Station. Hotel surrounding is full of shops, restaurants, cafes and even at least three 7-11 stores.2) Check in:Check in was pleasant, friendly and very welcoming.3) Twin Room The twin room is quite spacious at 23m and overall very comfortable and value for money. The mattress, pillows and amenities inside the room are quality and luxury. I also like the size of the bathroom and the bathtub is big and spacious. The massage chair in the room is also heavenly to use after plenty of walking in Tokyo.4) Buffet BreakfastThis is definitely a let down of this hotel. The buffet breakfast spread is limited (only 5 hot dishes option and those were basic), some breads options, some fruits and thats it. The spread is almost similar everyday. Yes, they have drinks machines and coffee machine but the coffee quality from the machine is bad and diluted. I did not enjoy my breakfast experience at this hotel. I really hope this hotel can do something about their buffet breakfast especially since they are a 4 star hotel. Even a 3 star Hotel Washington Akihabara has much better breakfast choices than this hotel.5) Free Amenities at LobbyThe selections are wide and great especially the Drip Coffee Bag. The coffee from the Drip Coffee Bag tasted nice and strong - much much better than the coffee machine at the buffet breakfast. The skincare products available for free is also great.   Excellent choice - quiet and posh area

  My priorities in our trip to Japan is location, space, and security - and wow, this hotel exceeded our expectations. I'm very picky with hotels and I can say this hotel earned a new loyal guest. Bedroom - SPAAACE GALORE! We booked the Twin Room Non-Smoking which I think is one of their bigger rooms (around 21sqm). Comfy bed and pillows. Massage chair was a plus. Take note of the size when booking because some of their rooms are small.Breakfast - repetitive but still quality. Good coffee and hot chocolate! Service staff are such darlings! And always ready to help 💗 Location - the Kyobashi station is just outside the hotel door, this is connected to the Ginza line so travelling to nearby Asakusa, Ueno, Shibuya, Akihabara, etc was a breeze and no transfer! A 7-eleven is just downstairs. We took the bus going to Narita Airport via Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit, which is 15 mins walk from the hotel. You can take a taxi to the station if you have heavy luggages. Shopping - be prepared!
