Lovely quiet neighbourhood, hotel 5 min walk from Mejiro station, plenty of food options, including convenience stores, cafes, food trucks and restaurants. Room extremely clean and comfortable, double bed sufficient for two travelling lightly. Bathroom has very clean Asian-size bathtub.

The location of this hotel is amazing, it is located in Mejiro, a somewhat quiet part of Tokyo which makes sleeping and getting around at night much better and more pleasant. It also has multiple convenience stores around it. Even better it is about 2 minutes from the Mejiro station Yamanote Line and surprisingly enough has a nice view of Mt. Fuji if you are on the higher floors!The staff were phenomenal, they took care of every need you have and kept my room clean and hygienic while also adhering to its environmental goals. Amenities are plenty, so if you forget your toiletries, don't fret, the hotel has you covered. Will stay here again in the future/

We stayed at Richmond hotel Mejiro as a family and really enjoyed our stay. As we have a young child, I emailed them a few times before our trip and their response was so quick and I had no stress to comment with them at all :) The hotel is located near JR Mejiro station, only a few minutes walk, and there are so many useful shops between the station to the hotel, such as convenience stores, chemist, restaurants and cafes. Our room was spacious and even we requested a baby cot in the room, we still had plenty of space. Room is not brand new but it’s maintained well. Only complaint is the bathroom needs to be cleaned more. There was a bit of dust around the water tank of the toilet and the toilet itself can be cleaned better. Our plan included breakfast and we actually enjoyed them. Breakfast is served at a restaurant called “Gusto” in the same building and buffet style. They have a variety of food, Japanese style and western style and lots of choices and they tasted great. I’d highly recommend this hotel and Id love to stay there again on our next trip to Japan.

Great location ,close to the train station .Friendly staff .Room was perfect ,had everything that i needed .Would stay there again .7/11 and family marts were very close by for anything that i needed .Was recommended by a friend and will sharing my experience with other friends travelling to Japan in the future .

Room was comfortable. Service is great. Shower pressure is good. Breakfast is also good. They also give free beauty masks at the lobby! Checking in and out was easy. Location is brilliant neatr 7e, lawson & family mart. Jr station us just 3 minutes away.
