  Location is good, near Tokyo Dome and the cross of subways.Have warm reception, support English and Chinese language.The Room is clear and size is okay compared to other business Hotels.Could be better is the hotel can take care some detailed clearing like I can see some dust & lint at the corner of wall and ceiling, but overall I am happy with the clearness of the hotel.

  Nice hotel, good location and staff really kind. More options for breakfast could be made available, including western type of breakfast (pastry, bread, scramble eggs, fruits, yogourt), as not everybody appreciates starting the day with a burger, a hot dog or fried chicken

  We had a double bed & a single bed for husband and I and our 11 year old son. We wanted a break from our old budget hotel and went in on the whim to see if they had a cheaper deal than advertised on booking.com which they did! The check-in girls spoke English & booked us in with no problems for 4 nights. Our room was very small and I’m glad I only had a cabin suitcase - anything bigger we would’ve struggled to put it anywhere. But I loved the room - bed was comfy and bathroom very nice. Kettle, pjs, multi charger provided alone with a fridge too. Clean towels placed outside if you request no cleaning. After 3 days they do have to clean the room for hygiene reasons which was fine with us and u can request either a morning clean or afternoon clean (latest 130pm).Check out is 11am and it was only 1,000 yen per hour if you wish to extend it (up to 2pm). Night before I request it to be extended till 1pm and again was no problem at the check in desk. Amenities like coffee, tea, toothbrushes etc are free and can be picked up at level 4 where the reception it. Not a problem for us and jus took what we needed. Train stations are very close to anywhere. Loads of restaurants around. Bonus is donki store is like next door with everything u need! Lunch, dinner, drinks, make up, presents, household items-like literally anything! We don’t have anything like that in the uk! Would definitely recommend hotel-can check out easily as well on the machines on level 4. All staff are a credit to the hotel.

  I came for the rugby World Cup final and so it was probably more expensive than normal. But still offered great value.Clean, comfortable and fantastically located with lots to do and eat in your door step but also easy transport across Tokyo.Small rooms but fine for me on my own and this is Tokyo!

  The greeting from staff was such a welcome feeling, we have pleasure of checking in our self the was process was easy.The room was just the space I need nice and cosy and to top it off Tokyo Dome is right here if there a game at the stadium across the street and am in the stadium. The restaurant, bar, grocery store, subway line at my finger tip.i went on a business trip for 5 night my wife I and stay on for another 4 night
