    10 x 10 room poor accommodation

    rating14 Apr 2026

Caution when booking hotel is does not consider a single for couple. Beds are per person of occupancy. Unlike the United States. So two people would need a double. Rooms are phobic with 10x10 size no Rooms

    Awesome experience

    rating14 Aug 2025

Family of 3 here - one being a teen boy. We expected Japan rooms to be small since we have been to Tokyo before so we weren't bothered by the small room offered to us. There's a loft bed for our son but he end up just sleeping with us since the full size bed and the twin size bed put together was comfortable for the three of us as it is. The loft bed is also not so comfy for him, I'm thinking. The bed is too close to the ceiling and our son is a 5'10 160lbs 13 year old boy. Although the room may be small, we particularly love our room because it is surrounded with USB and electrical sockets, on all corners - which is very helpful for us. We have three sets of phones, ipad, portable WIFI, 3 sets of power banks and watches to charge. We can all charge at the same time. Room also comes with an adapter with different charging ports. Beds are comfy. Temp and lighting control via ipad click. The bathroom was just as small but again, it didn't bother us at all because the room, bathroom and overall surrounding is super duper clean. That's important for us. Everything is efficient here. The customized pillow is the first time I've ever experienced of all my travels. You can choose your pillow! I love mine firm or hard and wanted to even purchase their pillow. My wife prefers the low and soft pillow. The Onsen was our favorite of all. It's organized and well set up. It's open all through the night so after a long day touring, esp. after all that walking in DisneySea, we can still relax a bit in our room then head to the Onsen even if it was already close to midnight. They offer Yukata's and all hotel amenities. They also have free happy hour cocktails in the lobby until 8pm. Staffs are nice, helpful and speaks English (somewhat). I had no problem communicating our needs with any of the staff. The location of this hotel is also tops for us, who are not really a walker (due to health issues). There's plenty of nearby eateries, shops, convenience store and the train stations are just steps away from the hotel. I really did good on my research and is super pleased in finding this hotel. We would definitely stay in this hotel again!

fantastic location, but very rude service

    rating13 Aug 2025

Stayed here recently. My friend came to visit at late night and decided to stay. A middle aged Japanese male staff stopped us from going up and checked the order and charged us extra 6000 with very rude manner. We respect Japan’s per-person room charge policy and was ready to pay an extra fee for an additional guest. However, the staff refused to show any official policy or price list when we requested, simply typed “6000” on a calculator, and loudly told us “Then you can go.” Very unprofessional and intimidating. Even after sending a complaint to the hotel instagram, the hotel gave no response.

Small hotel with a very convenient location

    rating05 Jul 2025

I booked this hotel for convenience. From Haneda Airport, the train stops across the street. This hotel is also walking distance to my favorite stores in Ginza. I can just shop, drop my things off the hotel and shop again. The staff are very polite. Rooms are small but clean. However it is one of those rare hotels that has a room for 3. Toilet and bath is a typical japanese modular type that is small but space efficient. The hotel has very random things I did not expect they would provide for guests. These include pillows of different firmness, pajamas, face mask, hair treatment mask, leg soothing gel among others. The hotel also features a lobby with sitting area where we can have coffee and tea all day. It is also where we ate our snacks from konbinis. Overall my stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Very disappointed

    rating31 Jan 2025

Super Hotel Premier Ginza used to be my go-to hotel in Tokyo, returned again this year and got very disappointed. Good: Friendly staff, welcome bar between 5:30-9pm, super convenient location.Bad: Got a room on 14th floor and the bathroom had a moldy odor from the vent. Onsen is supposed to be a plus, but rude fellow guest made it a minus. Saw a lady with cell phone (and shoes) in the lady onsen locker room, heard her camera in action. I told her no cell phone allowed here. She argued back "photo no capture". I told her the rule is no cell phone at all, need to follow the rules. She ignored and gave an attitude face. This is unacceptable. Not the hotel's fault, but totally bad experience.Farewell to Super Hotel Premier Ginza. No more.
