  The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Ginza line and easy to connect around the city. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The beds are typical Japanese, so very, very firm…. The staff accommodated us with mattress toppers so it was fine. It is a small room but has everything you need. The shower was awesome! The breakfast is not worth it.

  A nice 3 stars hotel at Shimbashi area. Too bad one lady staff has a below Japanese service standard that I ever knew and could be considered very rude attitude towards customers.

  The location of the hotel is excellent, within 4-6 minutes walk on flat ground from rail stations (6 to Shimbasi, which is only two stops from Tokyo). Easily and cheaply reachable from Haneda International Airport via the monorail and one stop on the JR Keihin-Tōhoku Line, then a 6 minute walk (we did it with all of our luggage easily). Tip - get a SUICA (or welcome SUICA) card from the airport and you can use it on both journeys but you will need some cash.Easy walking to stations and a number of attractions and it feels in the thick of it, yet quiet for a good night's sleep. There are a number or very good establishments to eat and drink nearby. We visited all over Tokyo from here very easily.Inside is clean and welcoming and there are many little 'extras' for free e.g., coffee and a pastry / doughnut each day, hairbrush, toothbrush and paste, pyjamas. You have a safe, free Wi-Fi, a fridge and tv. There is also a washer / drier in a separate room where you can wash your clothes at a very reasonable cost. Very helpful to minimise your packing. They will send on your luggage (or receive it) - it costs about £10 per case but depends on the size. We walked and pulled ours around with no problem.The toilet and shower are excellent but the standard rooms are very small. We stayed for 4 nights in one though and it was fine - we enjoyed our stay. If breakfast isn't included, you can get a small and very inexpensive start to your day that you can pay for on the day. I would come back here for sure - one star reduction just for the room size.

  Family of 4 stayed for 2 nights - great location lots of options for dinner etc. staff at hotel are lovey and spoke very good English. Laundry is only 400 for a wash and dry which was awesome. Breakfast was a pastry and soup set us up well for the day

  My first impression was the rudeness of front desk, two were talking in Japanese and laughing while checking us in. The room was clean but it's the smallest I've seen and cannot fit our luggages. There was a huge gap underneath the door and we can hear every word from the hallway at night. The hotel is few minutes walk from major metro station.
