    They said no to nothing. Service with a smile. Need stuff in the room. U get it in literally a few minutes. Need resturant reservations. They helped. Very modern rooms. I took the larger deluxe twin. Around 32 sq m. Quite spacious. Finishing modern. Nespresso machine in room. Loved it. Went back a second time on my return leg.

    Everything about this hotel is excellent: location, attention, service, lovely clean room with a view and excellent facilities, and delicious Japanese breakfast (with optional western style). In the restaurant, Natsuko outdid herself. Alert, attentive, proactive, and warm, she never missed an opportunity to look after us. She went out of her way to take the initiative, time after time delighting and surprising us with how she looked after us.     An excellent location being minutes away from the main Ginza shopping street and a few minutes walk to Shimbashi metro station.Rooms on the small size but well designed. Breakfast served on the top floor and it finishes at 11.30 so great for a lie in. Staff were all very charming. Also very convenient for getting taxis.Only 100 rooms so you might call it a boutique hotel?Would probably stay again on my next visit to tokyo 銀座 セ, at HOTEL THE CELESTINE GINZA, responded to this review Thank you very much for chose our hotel at Hotel the Celestin Ginza.Our hotel located to close to main shopping area in Ginza,JR station and subway.And our hotel Breakfast time from 7am to 12pm (last order 11:00).A breakfast made with carefully selected high-quality ingredients.Based on the theme of "breakfast that you really want to eat in the morning", you can enjoy an American breakfast using selected ingredients such as freshly baked bread from Maison Kaiser and eggs, as well as a Japanese set meal including fresh grilled fish with Japanese rice.     We stayed at the Celestine Hotel Ginza for our vacation. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated in the middle of the Ginza shopping district and an easy walk to both Shimbashi and Ginza stations. There are endless dining options right at your doorstep. One negative thing is that I could hear the noise from my room as they were partying on the streets till 3:am eventhough my room is on the 11th floor. also my room is facing the rail road which made me couldnt sleep from all the noise. Sohei tried to accomodate us to make our stayed more comfortable.The staff is truly exceptional and provided seamless service from start to finish. A special thank you to Suzuki, who is such a dedicated and hard worker; she made our stay feel very special. It made us want to go back again for our next visit. Thank you so much Suzuki! You are so kind.Also Akari and Sohei who helped us so much! Thank you.PS.
