  Good airport hotel

  The hotel is right smack in Terminal 3. There are many 24 hours eateries and a Lawson convenience store in the hotel. Hotel is small but very clean and sufficient for a night stay. Check in is a bit of a hassle cos we need to key in a lot of information into a machine and it is not exactly intuitive but there are staff around to help.

  Automated check in a nightmare-unhelpful staff too

  It's in terminal 3 just behind checkin counter N-go up a floor from arrivals so great and convenient for a late flight/early flight.We arrived at 8.30pm so chose 1 night here.The automated check in process is a mess however-they take a long time-it took us 25 mins to fiddle with the machine to get our room keys and our room was already paid for!.The employee was standing right there but he wasn't very helpful at all-he had a it was our problem attitude.It would take 5 mins/less if they checked you in at an old fashioned reception-it's a backwards step and for tired ,grumpy people not a good first impression of this hotel.The room was fine ,it was quite spacious,clean and quiet except not as nice as the Villa Fontaine Grand Hotel Twin Room-.We stayed there for our early departing flight so could compare these 2 although Villa Fontaine Grand/Premier is further to walk to so if this is a concern stay at the Park Royal.The Villa Fontaine has larger rooms with a comfy couch and they were the same price and same room type-both twin beds rooms.We preferred the Villa Fontaine Grand-the staff actively help you book in there and are very helpful and rooms much more spacious for the same price. フロント ザ ロイヤルパークホテル 東京羽田, Marketing at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda, responded to this review Thank you very much for your recent stay at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda.We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback.We are delighted to hear that you found our direct access to the airport convenient.At the same time, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while using our self-service machines for check-in or check-out.   A blissful hotel in a quieter part of Tokyo

  The staff was really friendly overall. We always enjoy the hotel and returned to stay in several counts. Safety is a plus point when each obscure and hidden corridors and doors are being patrolled by the hotel guards periodically and everyone always make sure that we are being taken care of but not disturbed. Truly love the detailed procedures. We also noticed that the staff communication skill has been improved through the years from the first time we stayed at the hotel. Getting around places are also easy with countless stations and T-CAT stone throw away from the hotel, making getting to work or touristy places a bliss.The only setback would be the soft pillows.   The checkin is automated, which is a pain, user unfriendly, and the hotel is not cleaned properly. The edges of the room need to be cleaned.   we stayed overnight at the Royal Park Haneda during layover to the United States. It was easy to exit immigration and go to the hotel as hotels are directly attached to the airport. We stayed in a triple room. While the room was relatively small, it was adequate for an overnight day. All typical amenities for a Japanese hotel were offered, including slippers, robes, coffee maker, bottled water air purifier, Wi-Fi access, toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, cotton buds, comb, refrigerator. It was extremely quiet despite being attached to the airport. I truly enjoyed my stay. There was a restaurant offering breakfast in the morning.I was able to walk from my hotel to the airport.
