    Nice hotel!

    rating27 Apr 2026

This was a quieter area but close enough to all the excitement of Tokyo. The staff was kind and the rooms were spacious. The one con was the pillows and blanket felt too rigid for our liking.

    Good hotel in convenient location.

Nice hotel, but it needs some updating. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer combo in the room. And they also offer amenities such as toothbrush, pajamas, etc. The location is good, near shops and restaurants.

Lost $1250 due to broken promises that I have in writing

    rating13 Feb 2026

Lost $1250 due to broken promises. I had the flu so my arrival was postponed and initial booking was cancelled. The hotel told me upon check in the would provide me a refund on the initial booking. I even have that in writing. However when my booking agent (Agoda/booking.com) asked the hotel to verify this the booking agent stated the hotel would not reply to them thru official channels. Despite having written evidence no one will help me get my money back. I’ve used the Tokyu Stay brand around 20 times. This makes me very sad.

    Dirty rooms

    rating13 Feb 2026

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s very run down and dirty. Our room is awful. It smells musty, the bathroom has mold and is dirty, the entry way tile is dirty, the kitchen area is run down and doesn’t look sanitary. We wanted to stay somewhere a little nicer, as we are celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. Needless to say we are very disappointed. The price is way too high, it’s giving motel vibes. We will not stay here again.

Good sized rooms very close to public transport

Stayed 4 nights in a twin room on the 9th floor- room 902Hotel is in a great location, Yotsuya so much quieter than Shinjuku but only a couple of minutes walk to Yotsuya station (local trains and metro) so very easy to get around TokyoStaff didn't seem to speak much English on check-in but as with most Japanese hotels, it's all automated anyway. They were welcoming though.Room key gets you into seperate entrance on the ground floor, reception is one up. The hotel is built around a central atrium wich makes it quite airy. We had a small balcony and amazingly a distant view of Mount Fuji!Beds were large singles and very comfortable. There was a USB on one side of the bed to charge a phone but it didn't work, there are reading lights. Bring an extension lead as plug sockets are few and far between. There was a little sofa and a table with two chairs plus a desk, very decent sized room for Tokyo. We also had a stove top, microwave, frige and kettle with mugs. There's many Lawson's, Family Mart's and Seven Eleven's on the doorstep for your supplies!Unusually we had a bathroom and toilet combined with a full sized bath and a shower over it. Probably a bit dated but clean and everything worked, decent shower and hot water plus good quality toiletries in big bottles.Very quiet hotel, would make it my first choice next time I am in Tokyo.
