  Convenient hotel for those on a budget

  Very basic business hotel at basic price.Stayed on the 12th floor 1252 which was helpful as the lifts were very slow in the morning. The large bed was very hard and the pillows were like bricks. The window was only single glaze but the heater was effective. The bathroom was tiny with only one tap for the basin, bath and shower. The small safe big enough for iPads. There was a hairdryer and a kettle in the room and nightwear was complimentary. Breakfast was very average and strange - dumplings with lettuce and Nutella pastries. The coffee was terrible.Hotel is walking distance to the train station which goes directly to Haneda.

  Worked for us - Neither brilliant nor Terrible - Just okay.

  We stayed here for a few days at the start of our holiday. There was no communication about the bus that went to Shinagawa Station and where to get it from so we took public transport to get to the hotel. Entry was via the garage and a lot of construction. Once inside the checkin process was mostly easy. We booked two rooms and I didn't match the passports on the checkin so they had to come change / fix it. We got two rooms close to each other on the top floor. The views would hae been great except for all the construction boarding around the area. The rooms were very small and the beds very hard. The pillows even harder. Once we got over that the shuttle to the station and back was a life saver and used very often. The breakfasts included were okay. They often ran out of food and you had to wait a while for the next batch to arrive. The choice was pretty limited, but we found something every day. Overall not bad, not brilliant, but worked for us. The ice cream machine downstairs doesn't come with anything to eat it with (stick, spoon) but the drinks were nice and the 7-11 around the corner was very useful.Checkout was seamless - Keep all your cards as you need to return them all.

  Pretty good hotel for the money paid

  The room was smaller then expected and it was difficult to fit our luggage in the room, the bed was extremely hard and very uncomfortable to sleep in, we asked for a topper but the reception staff didn’t know what we meant, we had very sore backs each morning when waking up, the breakfast was a good selection but gets very busy early on, it was a nice added touch having shavers, combs toothbrushes and gowns available in the lobby, staff were friendly, the shuttle bus was free to the station which was handy. All in all would recommend this hotel.

  Cheap outdated motel

  When we walked in our room in this hotel, we were stunned. The room looked and felt like a cheap US motel, also completely outdated and too small. No closet or a dresser for your clothes. Smell of mold. I have stayed not in this type of motel since I was a teenager.   Very Busy Hotel, Room Showing its Age

  Just a short walk from the monorail station through the sky bridges to the neighbouring office towers with 2 short sets of staircases, it's a great location if you need to get to Haneda the next morning (15 minute train ride only). There isn't much open in the area after office hours but it is quiet and serene with a lovely waterfront board walk nearby. It's a huge hotel with 2 sets of elevators to get everyone going, and the lobby was buzzing with activity when I arrived at 9pm and the next morning during breakfast.
