  Comfortable, Clean, and Excellent Service

  We stayed at Via Inn Shinjuku for two weeks and had a really positive experience.The room was on the smaller side, but that’s very typical for Tokyo, and it was extremely well laid out. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable, making it a great base for a longer stay.The location is super convenient, with multiple station exits nearby and an easy walk into the main areas of Shinjuku. There’s also a post office close by, along with plenty of cafés and restaurants, which made day-to-day exploring really easy.The laundry facilities were very helpful, especially for an extended stay, and the amenities available in the lobby were generous and a nice added touch.What really stood out was the staff — they were exceptional throughout our time there. Friendly, professional, and always helpful, they made us feel very welcome from start to finish.We only had breakfast at the hotel once and found the selection to be quite limited, but with so many great options nearby, it wasn’t an issue for us.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others looking for a reliable, well-run hotel in Shinjuku.

  Great Hotel, perfect location to get about Tokyo, 5 mins from Godzilla head, 5 mins from Shinjuku. Hotel staff 5 ⭐ really helpful had some scales to weigh my bags. Really clean, Room was bit small but decent enough. Great Stay 👌

  I had a fantastic stay at the Via Inn Shinjuku during the New Year's period for 6 nights. The hotel is a little bit further out to the middle of Shinjuku but was still close enough to the action.My only minor complaints were the room I had was a little small and lacked a place to store your clothes but it was otherwise fine. There are lots of food options around the hotel, and you can stock up on amenities from the first floor.The staff were great and I had no issues communicating with them. It was easy to access the hotel at any hour of the night and is very close to a Tokyo metro station, although it's a 10 to 15 min walk to the main Shinjuku station.

  Just come back from 16 nights here (over the Christmas and New Year period).Location is great - on a small sometimes busy single car width street about a 2 min walk from Golden Gai, but away from the Kabukicho mayhem.There is a Lawson adjacent, and even better, a cheaper MyBasket just around the corner.Check-in is via automatic machine. Some nights attracted a ¥100 accommodation tax which you pay via that machine.I had a corner room in the 11th floor, with 2 sides having windows. Room small as usual, with the pod bathroom, aircon/heating and fridge. The heating works really well - setting to 25 it blasts out the heat which is great after a shower.Plenty of USB and power sockets, including in the bed headboard.Large TV which also has casting support which just works once you connect to the room's WiFi (no need to go via an app and watch an ad, as some APAs make you do).During my 16 nights I heard zero noise from other guests. No door slamming, noise or anything. Brilliant.Sometimes there's a wait for the 2 lifts (often 5mins) - there are no stairs other than fire exit ones.There are laundry facilities on some floors, which I used. A single modern ¥500 washer dryer which took 2.5hrs and was fine.Would highly recommend - especially as it's was so reasonably priced compared to the others in the area at the time I stayed, and I've stayed in a VIA Inn before so know they are decent.
