    My stay at Rotana Amman Hotel was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of my experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, impeccably clean, and offers outstanding comfort. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations.What truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Malak at the reception. Malak was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always ready to help with a smile.     We had a really pleasant one-night stay, mostly thanks to the brilliant service. The staff were fantastic at every turn. Mousa at check-in and Abdulrahman at check-out made the arrival and departure completely seamless. We also had a great experience with Aladin in the bar on our first night, and Alaadin looked after us really well during breakfast the next morning with coffee and an informative and interesting talk on local history. Their warm hospitality made our short visit incredibly comfortable.
