    Elegant Stay, Great Service & V Lounge Vibes — Some Noise at Night

    Crowne Plaza Amman is an elegant, slightly old-fashioned hotel that offers comfort and warm, attentive service. The staff are genuinely caring, and the Balinese girl on the team adds a joyful, welcoming energy that brings a touch of Bali's hospitality charm.We especially enjoyed evenings at the *V Lounge* — great atmosphere, live music, excellent drinks, and top-notch service that made us feel truly looked after.Meals were delicious and well served, both at breakfast and dinner. Just note that *poached eggs take longer* than other options at breakfast.The only downside: if the hotel hosts a party or event, it can get *noisy at night*, which may affect sleep for light sleepers. Still, a lovely place overall — we'd gladly return!

    Very poor experience at Crown Plaza Amman

    Our experience at the crown plaza lounge was really bad. We went at 7:30 in the morning and the service was so poor. The person making omelettes didn’t take my son’s order until he made 8 omelette sand there was only one woman standing in front of us. I asked him a couple of times when will he start our order and he kept saying one minute. But we stood about 35 minutes. And then the person changed. What I don’t understand is why people speaking Arabic was given this kind of treatment where they some come and ask for six omelette and a kid keeps standing. Icecream station was broken. There was no one at the pancake and waffle station. So my kid really didn’t have any options at that point.
