The hotel is located between 5th and 6th Circles of Jabel Amman. From here, Madaba and Mount Nebo are around 30 minutes' drive away, the Dead Sea is some 40 minutes' drive, Petra is around 3 hours away and Aqaba is around 4 hours' drive away. Queen Alia International Airport is around 35 km away.

Facility

170 rooms, including 7 junior suites, 33 suites, apartments, studios, 38 single rooms and 39 double rooms, are available to guests in a 99-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     It's bad experience for my guests as they put them in floor already close for maintenance and in 2am the water interval there room from bathroom

    The rooms are old and dirty. The bed sheets are torn and full of spots. The towels are old and not very clean and moist, like they had been used.The rooms are not cleaned properly or at all. We booked 3 different rooms and two of them were dirty and the bed sheets were not replaced. We had to request to change rooms and change the sheets.In one of the rooms there was still a tooth brush on the bathroom counter, as a sign of lack of cleaning. In another room there was a lot of rubbish behind the furniture.The cleanliness level is according to some very low-cost hostels.The breakfast is nice, although not enough variety and quality for a 4 stars hotel.The location is far from the city center and there is no restaurants or shops nearby.This hotel is overrated.

    SCAM - STAY AWAYTHE MAIN PERSON WE HAD CONTACT WITH AND THE ONE WHO SCAMMED US WAS Mohammed at the reception. Be aware They (mohammed) will Call you before check in and ask if you need a taxi to the hotel. We said yes, and we asked they said the taxi was on the hotel as a nice thank you for booking with them.When we checked out they demanded 50 JOD for the taxi.We were surprised and had to pay it and they wanted it in cash. It only cost a city taxi 20 JOD - so they heavily overcharged us for something they said was free, and would have been much cheaper somewhere else.l asked the hotel if they knew any good rental companies, and they provided me with a company. What I didn't know is that the company was bad - I was given a car that had technical issues, and when I spoke with the company about returning some of the money I paid, they said I originally paid 220 but I paid 270. It turned out that the hotel staff scammed both me and the car rental company. I gave the money to the hotel - they said I had to do that - and they were suppose to give it to the company. They only gave 220 JOD and I gave them 270 JOD. That means that they pocket the extra 50 JOD that was supposed to be for the rental company. The price of the car was only 220 - that means in total they scammed me of 100 JOD. And the staff is quite hostile - they will pretend they didn't tell you the taxi was free,. I Hope no one books a stay with them, they will only try to scam you! Stay away from this hotel.Update: I wrote this review on booking.com. Immediately after I receive phone messages and calls from the same person who scammed us. Saying someone else was fired because of the review and everything and denied everything - put the blame on the car company, again lying about that the taxi was free and what it cost in the airport - again lies . Him saying someone was fired, this can’t be true because he who is contacting me, was the same person who scammed us. He said the owner wants to talk to me. Well I Google the owner and the names of the person on the phone doesn’t match with who the owner is. I do not appreciate being lied to or scammed. This hotel seems to have no dignity. I’m not sorry for exposing the hotel - do not book with them unless you want a pirate like treatment.Another employee also contacted a family member and started harassing her. She blocked him, but how could anyone who works in a professional setting think it’s okay to contact guest privately?Also - their responds from booking.com they claim i got the car there for 30 jod a day - I rented the car for 7 days. Well in that case I should only have paid 210 jod, but I paid them 270 jod. Meaning that they just proved that they lied about the car price to me and pocket and scammed me for the rest. They justThe said the taxi Was free. But claims later its not. Also lies that the taxi price would be a lot more if not from them. Which is not true. It would only be 20-30 jod from the airport to the hotel. Again all this can easily be proved with a quick uber search. They are scammers STAY AWAY
