Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the business and leisure district, in front of Amman Mall, surrounded by restaurants as well as corporate and government offices. Facility

The hotel has 60 single rooms and 70 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom.     Ok for a couple of nights while exploring Amman

    We didn’t book this hotel expecting luxury, we booked it for the price and the convenience. But I do expect cleanliness from a chain like Ibis, and unfortunately the room was grubby - the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom was dirty. However, we found the bed to be comfy, the car parking is a positive, and the omelettes made by the chef at breakfast were nice! We would’ve liked some fruit at breakfast though.     I stayed here last year I had 2 rooms me and my friends, room were okey , staff were very friendly and professional , breakfast was good and plenty of choice , area was central and safe really liked it only issue I booked a room type and got a different room type as they didn’t have any other options but other than that was nice stay .     Review of Ibis AmmanI booked Ibis Amman for a one-night stay in the city, seeking an affordable and clean option based on the positive reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start.Check-In and First ImpressionsUpon arrival, I was surprised to find a loud party taking place in a room near the reception area, which created an unwelcoming first impression.Room Quality and CleanlinessOnce inside the room, I was shocked by the poor condition. The furniture was outdated, the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was in unacceptable condition—dirty, unpleasant-smelling, and showing visible mold. I requested a room change, but the alternative offered was no better.Dining ExperienceI decided to dine at the hotel’s restaurant/bar with a friend, but the experience was equally disappointing. The food was of poor quality, and the service was inattentive despite the restaurant being nearly empty. We had to call the waiter multiple times just to place or follow up on our order. At one point, after waiting 20 minutes for an additional item, I was informed that the waiter had forgotten to enter it into the system.Overall ExperienceBetween the substandard rooms, lack of cleanliness, poor service, and low-quality dining, I cannot recommend Ibis Amman.
