    Wonderful Stay at Jad Hotel Suite

    We had a great experience staying at Jad Hotel Suite during our time in Jordan. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.A special thank you to Diya, the receptionist manager, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available to assist with anything we needed. His warm hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to our visit.We would definitely recommend Jad Hotel Suite to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable stay in Amman.

    Very nice hotel , nice staff , the breakfast was very good with wide choiceGood location and restaurant Room space really big, clean and comfy but the minibar was empty The reception manger very nice he gived us free late check out I recomend this hotel

    Hotel was great, looked really nice, clean, very big. Staff on the other hand was not so nice unfortunately. I was here with 2 male friends (not a couple), and the guy at the reception gave us a really hard time since we are not married, even though we booked 2 seperate rooms (and it is none of his business). There was a curfue because of corona, so we had no other place to go since we had to stay inside. He gave us a really uncomfortable and judgemental vibe. Would never come here again. The owner/manager however we got to call on the phone, was very nice and let us stay. But the receptionist kept shouting and saying bad things. Also we called in advance because we wanted to make sure there was a private parking lot, they said yes, but when we arrived said we needed to park on the street!?

    The hotel in the city is only 30 minutes to the airport and is not far to many the city's restaurants and shopping places. The rooms have 3 beds or 2 beds and are spacious enough for a short stay. A welcome fruit basket and bottled water is available for each room. The WIFI is very good in the rooms and around the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. the bathroom comes with shampoo,bath gel and body lotion and hair dryer. The hotel areas are clean and the front desk staff speaks reasonably good English. The breakfast is inclusive and the choice and variety of food at breakfast is impressive. There are various kinds of salads, breads, different type of cheeses, butter and jam, cereals and hot milk, apple and orange juices, coffee and tea. My only complaint, the need to know how to make good omelettes..

    We were stunned by the comforts in that hotel. Excellent mattress and furniture, clean, professional. Highly recommended. Security is high. Do not use the built in restaurant as there are f better ones outside.Recommended restaurant is the Harmony restaurant, 15 minutes away.
