I visited the café at Seven Roses Hotel and asked for a takeaway cup for my coffee. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any takeaway cups, and the front desk manager was not helpful. This left me disappointed with the service, as I expected better hospitality from the hotel café.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The room cleaning is thorough, and I really appreciate that they kindly stored my luggage.
