    Wonderful experience

I had a wonderful stay at The House Boutique Suites. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The location is perfect for exploring Amman, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.A special thanks to Hosni for his outstanding assistance throughout our stay. He guided us on the best places to visit, helped arrange our tours, and organized a reliable driver, making our trip completely hassle-free. His local knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help truly enhanced our experience.I highly recommend The House Boutique Suites to anyone visiting Amman and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jordan.

    Stole my money

    rating25 May 2026

Let me save you the mistake I made. My flight got cancelled and this hotel's response was essentially: tough luck, money's ours now.No refund. No date change. Not even the basic human decency of acknowledging that keeping full payment for a room that was never occupied, for a trip that was physically impossible to make, is just plain wrong. The non-refundable policy exists to protect against no-shows and last-minute whims. It is not supposed to be a mechanism for profiting off travellers whose flights get cancelled.Zero flexibility. Zero empathy. Zero interest in doing the right thing when it would cost them nothing to do so.There are hundreds of hotels in Amman. Book literally any other one. This establishment has made it very clear that once they have your money, you are no longer their concern — and that tells you everything you need to know about how they'd treat you as an actual guest too.Money taken Trust lost Never again

The room was nice, clean and staff friendly. A big minus from strong cigarette smell in the lobby.

Good but not great..... read on !

    rating03 Jan 2026

My wife and i stayed two nights in a one-bed superior room in November while visiting Jordan. The overall experience was good: the common areas are clean and modern, the bedroom was average size but comfortable. A medium size living room and a small kitchen completed the package but there was almost nothing to cook or eat with. We figured... No problem we are eating at the hotels restaurant anyways. But things went south from there. First of all nobody seemed to be in the kitchen , a waiter was sitting alone at a table with his cell phone, not a sound or light could be heard or seen, we had to ask if it was closed. We order simple dishes : burgers - fries etc. We got barely warm food and limp fries ( the kind of plate you get from a microwaved lunch). After eating we had a word with the waiter who got upset , took our plates and got back to the kitchen where we heard dishes crashing : we left !!Next Day, same issue for us and the table of six next to us they all got cold food and sent it back. it was now obvious that nobody really cooks in the evenings at this place. They plate and reheat at best. We had a word with the manager and wrote a complaint on paper before we left , he told us he would look in to it .Pros: Modern, clean, free laundry (self service )Cons : Bad food and staff in the restaurant at night

    Great base to explore Amman

    rating13 Dec 2025

We stayed in November 2025, we were very kindly upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious. Pros: Very centrally located to Rainbow Road and Amman downtown - easy to walk into souk area and can walk comfortably within 30 mins to Roman Theatre. Small supermarket very closeby also. Accommodation was very clean and has everything required for your stay, including a small kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, 2 WCs, an iron, hairdryer, slippers robes and a very comfortable bed. A large range of toiletries also available in the room. Breakfast was good, staff were attentive and there was a good choice of continental breakfast items. Eggs, pancakes and waffles could be prepared upon request. Staff even provided a small takeaway box for us to pack some pastries ahead of the road trip we had ahead. There was also a free to use laundry room with laundry detergent, washers and dryers available. Cons: As a vegetarian, I would have appreciated some labels in the breakfast buffet. TV remote did not work.
