    Writing this while on my last night in St Regis Amman. Exceptionally beautiful property with all amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel brand. Everything was seamless fromCheck in, rooms were spacious and clean. I’d like to highlight the amazing service from the Butlers Team, led by Lana. Service was topNotch and personal, yet not intrusive. I commend the level of service provided by the team, which is a reflection of Lana’s great leadership, dedication, and passion for hospitality. I’d also like to highlight the Concierge Team, namely Tarek and Yousef, who pulled off a St Regis Miracle today. I realized only 15 minutes before my pick up time to attend a wedding that my dress shirt did not fit me well, and was in desperate need help! I call concierge and explained my situation, and they arrive to my doorstep with a crisp clean dress shirt that I can use for the evening. I don’t think any other hotel can pull this off- hats off to them both! Will definitely return and recommend to my friends and family.     Beautiful and luxurious from the moment we arrived to our farewells a couple of days later. The staff are just wonderful - professional and friendly.
