    This an expansive 3 star hotel, not a cheap 5 star hotel.Smoke smell in the rooms, disgusting carpet, hair everywhere in the bathroom and the bedroom.I would never recommend this to anyone

    The hotel is located is great area where the access to everything is easy like food, sweet and shopping.We booked non-smooking room, the size was fine for two adults, clean and nice view to the main street. Staff are very respectful and lovely starting from the guard on the main door to the reception and cleaners. We asked for three nights extension and Mrs. Baraa gave us a cheaper price for the same room.I would recommend this hotel for all Amman visitors.Amman is a nice city to visit and worth every penny you gonna pay.

    The place is elegant and super clean, with a perfect location close to everything you need. The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly—you really feel like you’re among family and friends, The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the spa with the Turkish bath was an incredible experience! I’ll definitely be coming back 💙💙

    Amazing reception and great energy, The food was some of the best in Jordan, we tried many different dishes and they all stunned us each time, The staff were incredibly helpful and proffesional, The rooms were taken care of very well and were incredibly cozy.
