    sleepless night

    rating02 May 2026

Our stay had some positive aspects, but unfortunately several issues made the experience disappointing overall.Upon arrival, we had to wait around 30 minutes in the parking area for the pickup vehicle. There was no air conditioning while waiting, which made the situation quite uncomfortable—especially in the desert heat. This could have been easily avoided if the car had been ready and waiting for guests.Another major issue was the lack of quiet at night. A camp in Wadi Rum is usually expected to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, but during our stay, a group of guests held a loud party with music that continued until around 1 AM. On top of that, there was constant dog barking throughout the night. Together, this made it very difficult to sleep and felt inconsiderate to others. It was surprising that the camp management allowed this level of disturbance without any control.Additionally, the outdoor seating area in the center of the camp was not well organized or clean. It was quite dusty, and given that the camp was fully booked, we expected the space to be properly maintained so guests could sit comfortably—especially in an environment like Wadi Rum where sand is already a factor. On the positive side, the food was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, which we appreciated, but unfortunately, the lack of a quiet and relaxing atmosphere took away from what should have been a peaceful desert stay.

    Remote stay in the desert

    rating21 Mar 2026

Great stay, it was fun to be able to stay in one of the “UFO” bubbles. It was ample space and enough room with the bathroom attached. I went in November and needed the heat and there was no issue at all with temperature the entire stay. Each room comes with its own patio, so it was great to be able to sit outside and admire the landscape. Great places to hike around on the property as well. Food wasn’t the greatest, but that is to be expected with the remoteness of the location

    Amazing

Everything was clean, nice, and really well organized, which made the stay very comfortable. Mohamed, the manager, was kind and welcoming from the start, and the whole team was professional and friendly. The desert experience was amazing and was one of the best parts of the trip. I’d happily stay here again.

Felt like living on a luxury mars colony!

My second time in Wadi Rum and the main reason I chose a bubble camp was the heat! The tents are amazing but it gets incredibly chilly at night. The staff were phenomenal and the food excellent. The activities offered were amazing, especially the stargazing event.
