    Terrible place to stay! Ruined our holiday

    This is the worst place u will ever stay. Old, rusty flooding balcony , dirty pool, bad food, no hot water then no cold water, nothing works! We checked out the next day and they refused to give us a refund. DO NOT stay at this place, you will REGRET it!

    Just don’t do it! I have never ever experienced anything like it! Don’t go! Left, was given option to transfer to sister hotel Cocoa Luxury hotel, jeez! Musty, damp, felt like it was a minus one star guest house! Paid extra to move to a better hotel! What a difference!Seriously do not fool yourself by photos it’s the worse hotel ever!

    Quiet, peaceful location with a lovely view.The staff are outstanding—warm, forthcoming, and genuinely welcoming. Their attitude truly elevates the experience.The room is fine for a short stay. The bathroom feels somewhat dated, though everything was clean. Towels are on the older side.Overall, the staff bring more value than the building itself.If you want a comfortable stay and friendly atmosphere rather than luxury, this is a good choice.If you expect a medium-to-high-end hotel experience, this property may not meet that level.

    Travellers beware: avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness, safety, and basic amenities. This property is nowhere near the standard advertised and could ruin your holiday.Our experience at Cocoa Resort and Boutique Hotel was appalling. When we checked in, the bathroom was in a shocking state rust so severe on the taps (at least 3cm thick) that I wouldn’t put even dirty clothes there, let alone myself or my children. We immediately went to reception, and while the staff did their best and moved us to their sister property, Cocoa Boutique, the overall cleanliness was still far below acceptable standards.There were no beach towels provided and absolutely no lifeguards on duty, which is a serious safety concern for families. We would have booked elsewhere, but there was no availability in any decent resort that night. After reluctantly settling in, we went to the restaurant and ordered a simple burger and chips. It took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, the burger was stale and completely lacking flavour. Having not eaten since morning, this was incredibly frustrating. Honestly, we cannot wait to check out the only thing stopping us is the lack of alternative options tonight.The staff tried, and I appreciate that, but the hotel itself is in a disgusting state and nowhere near the standard advertised. This stay has completely ruined our vacation. Travellers beware: avoid this property at all costs if you value hygiene, decent food, safety, and peace of mind.

    This hotel is priced to be of high quality, it is far from that . It is in desperate need of some TLC. The grass not cut, the pool area has about 4 sunbeds, area around pool mouldy, outside shower all broken gate to beach rusty and not working, bar empty etc. staff were perfect though under difficult circumstances
