    Book with Kaskazi beach hotel and realize the value for your Money!! Sure I will visit again.I booked my 2 nights 3 days with Kaskazi beach hotel with my partner and I had the best experience spending my time in Kaskazi beautifully looking ambience. The employees are welcoming and always ready to Help.

    The hotel is huge and the grounds are beautifully kept. The rooms need a bit of maintenance but everything was working properly and they are clean. The A/C is a blessing when it's hot outside. The food is pretty decent but what deserves more than 5 stars is the staff. They are super attentive and sweet. Evans at the front desk will do everything to take care of the guests, and the restaurant staff, including the manager, are a pleasure to deal with.

    An empty place with no people, a neglected garden and a large part of the hotel. A pool with green water in which you can't see anything. In the evening everything looks like from a horror film. Once it may have been a 4-star hotel. Now something between 1 and 2. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly.

    The resort is located in a very prime area and the view from the rooms facing the ocean is beautiful. The initial owner of the hotel seems to have put a lot into this hotel but unfortunately whoever is running the place currently seems to be slowly running it down. The front desk wasn't as accommodating (as usual, a 'white' person weirdly gets prioritized), there's no electronic system in place, we couldn't even get a receipt for transactions made, in this day and age they still use a pen and a receipt book. The room looks old, musty and very rusty. Basic things like a telephone, kettle, goblets, slippers etc are not provided so u just get a bed, shower gel, a tv that's almost 20", bottled water, towels that are very old and have to be taken down for washing and given back at the end of the day. In-room dining is not available and we were charged a fee to carry our own food to the room.Our housekeeper was really nice but some of the staff were kinda crafty, especially with transactions. 2 days into our stay we got an email from booking.com stating that the hotel had cancelled our booking because we were a NO SHOW.The pool looked nice, plenty of sitting areas were provided all around but no maintenance whatsoever. As much as it's a beachfront resort, their part of the beach was full of seaweeds and unkempt.In summary, this place needs divine intervention.

    This is a sad experience. Everything here is messy. Workers lethargic and demotivated. Rooms rusty and poorly maintained. Seat and utensils dusty. What a sad tale of a potentially beautiful hotel. This hotel needs to be sold and everyone here should go home
