Location

The resort is situated on Diani Beach on Mombasa's southern coast, easily accessible from the town of Mombasa, which is 35 km away. Shopping venues are 6 km away. Ukunda airstrip is 5 km away and the international airport is some 45 km from the establishment.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 158 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, live music, a dance club and a casino.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    JamboWe stayed at the Leopard Beach Resort & Spa Hotel from March 24-31, 2026.We were incredibly impressed by how beautiful everything looked, especially the staff, who took meticulous care of everything to ensure customer satisfaction.The young waiter who served us at the pool, his name is ABUBAKAR, deserves special recognition.We've never had anyone take such good care of us in a hotel as ABUBAKAR.In my opinion, this guy could work in any European hotel with the highest standards; he truly deserves the highest praise.We'll definitely see you again 😎

    As other reviews on here mention, Abubakar is one of the nicest, politest and kindest servers I have ever had. He made sure we were comfortable and happy and made any wish we had came true. My time at leopard beach would not have been as nice without him.     Overall it was a good experience. I think the food could have been slightly better but our highlight was Abubakar who worked at the pool bar, he treated us so nicely. I really want to come back just to see him again. He ensured our stay was perfect.
