    Fantastic hotel and an unforgettable day with guide Dennis!

    We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the food was incredibly good.Due to a delayed flight, we were forced to extend our stay. Because of this, our guide Dennis was able to show us around the city and the national park. We highly recommend him as a guide! He is extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, truly takes his time to show you everything, gives you a wonderful day, and helps you to "complete the mission" 😉

    Arrived today unfortunately only for one day. In one day we have been made to feel so welcome and relaxed, this includes Reception, Housekeeping whom couldn't do enough for us to the main Restauraunt where we were greeted by Irine, who was very patient with us and so very polite. As a representative of the hotel she stood out and that was a tricky thing to do here. The main buffet for dinner was one of the best we have had. Another thing I cant get over is how well turned out all the staff were. The UK could learn a lot from here.     Hospitality was outstanding. I got in very late and ordered room-service, which arrived in 15 minutes, piping hot, and delicious.     Beautiful hotel and pool! The food (a la carte and buffet) were amazing! We stopped here before our flight out of NBO. The hospitality is second to none. Blessing, a bartender by the pool, is an excellent conversationalist and an uplifting presence! His service and the conversation my mother and I had with him will be one of the most memorable takeaways of our entire trip!     This is ALWAYS my go to hotel when I arrive or am about to depart from Nairobi. I don't have one negative thing to say about any of my stays here, staff is incredible, fast service, kind, security is great. STAY HERE!
