  Comfortable and Budget Friendly

  I had a good stay at Fedha Residences towards the end of February. Although the room was small, it was convenient for my needs and budget. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it has several restaurants, malls and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all I had a good stay and would definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends.   Poor Unprofessional Service

  I returned to this property on 4th January, having fully paid for my stay before traveling out of town over New Year’s. After a long journey, I arrived around 21:30hrs only to discover that the apartment I had booked and paid for had been given to someone else. I was told it was “uninhabitable,” yet it was clearly occupied by another guest. When I requested an alternative, I was met with excuses and misinformation.This was misleading, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing, especially as a returning customer. Thankfully, I had left my children with a friend, as dealing with this situation after a long trip would have been even more stressful with them present.Overall, my experience was very poor, characterised by confusion, dishonesty, and unprofessional service.

  Reasonable cost and they provide a clean and safe space! The location is also great and staff is friendly and accommodating!

  It was a great experience with Fedha Residence. It is close to a few great cafés which serve good breakfast. This area is quiet and safe. Hot water works well without needing to push the heater button outside the bathroom. Thus, recommend to no matter solo or family trips!
