    The location is strategically good, the spa is great, and the hotel food is amazing. However, I’m not happy with the hotel service as I noticed staff were often busy playing on their phones. The pool was not heated as advertised, and we rarely saw any attendants. We don’t really get much enjoyment out of our pool. They didn’t provide us, as hotel guests, with free towels, possibly mistaking us for day visitors. The hotel’s electric shower had extremely low water pressure, and despite our complaints and their attempts to fix it, the issue remained. Although they offered us a free room upgrade, we weren’t interested in moving our belongings. The atmosphere was okay, and the room was a decent size—not too big, not too small.

    A Great Kenyan Experience

    The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean too! I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the Kenyan food which was delicious. The bed was so comfortable and the hot shower was a treat after 4 days of touring the national game reserves. The hotel grounds are so pretty, and there is a big mall right next door where I found lots of nice Kenyan items to bring home as gifts. Also the mall has everything you could need including phone, atms, money exchange, clothing, shoes, cosmetics, etc!!
