    If you are in Nairobi & looking for a hotel where there is Hospitality with Care Kenya Comfort Suites can be the first option. The 10$ Breakfast here is undoubtedly worth & the multiple cuisine plus wide choice of foods can be a lifetime experience. The entire team is friendlier & welcoming. Cleanliness, Comfort, Easy communication, Convenient Location can be add ons for you.Thank you Kenya Comfort & Suites. I totally enjoyed my 6 days stay in Nairobi because of your hospitality with care.

    Clean and comfortable hotel located in a safe and central area of Nairobi. The highlight of our stay was the staff- super friendly team that went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! Would most definetly return to Kenya Comfort Suites

    Friendly staff, generally clean, reasonable food, but poorly run by the owners. Could do a lot better.

    Friendly staff make this hotel bearable. The food is ok, but the amenities leave much to be desired. The COVID-era screens are still in situ, so the bar area resembles an A&E department. Only local TV is available, so it's definitely a No-No for any sports enthusiasts. If they had Supersport, they'd quadruple the bar profits overnight. Owners could do a lot and make this an excellent hotel and, especially, the bar, which is like walking into a time warp. Unfortunately, they don't seem to care very much. It's a shame because it's a great spot with good potential....

    OMG check your feet, mine were pitch black clearly the floor hasn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom smells damp, the shower rarely works, shower curtain too short so water everywhere. Holes in the mosquito nets over bed!!! Awful just awful don't go here!! Kenya Comfort, Owner at Kenya Comfort Suites, responded to this review Dear Melanie,Thank you for your review.Apologies for your bad experience. However, we have a 24 hour fully functional reception that would have addressed your concerns.We will try our utmost best to address all the issues raised.Thank you.

    The Motel was great but the bar was awesome, the most friendly staff and so accommodating. 👍 If you stay at this Motel be sure to drop in an have a drink and a meal. The food was divine. Great atmosphere 👌
