    I asked them for a place to pray They kept telling me to ask the security i asked the security he said he doesn't know why making me go up and down for nothing, so sad they don't have a place for Muslims to pray

    RENOVATE THE HILTON PARK INTO A MORDERN PARK

    This Hotel is very nice but the have to give me a chance to renovate the park into a modern design,my number is 0758264581.The swiming pool is very nice its like I have been waiting my whole life for that one night,The other thing lets partner and renovate Hilton park into a modern one

    Good service with very professional staff. Rooms are clean. Well maintained. Clean bathrooms and toilets with good smell. Food was good with many options in vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Starters were good. Ambience was good with good lighting.

    My customer experience at Hilton was amazing right from the front desk to the restaurant staff. I remember staying in room 1211 on the 12th floor at Hilton and I love the room settings and the neatness that greets you when you first enter their rooms.As a first-time guest at the Travellers Restaurant, PURITY made me feel at home and welcomed to Hilton. Thanks to the timely service of the waiters and waitresses at the restaurant.If you ask me whether I will love to visit Hilton once again when in Nairobi, my response will be a resounding YES!

    Very good location and well maintained. Staffs are outstanding and helpful.Mr.DAVIS at reception was warm welcome and check-in and checkout was smooth and impressive.Breakfast was fine,Mr.JOHN and Ms.PURITY and Ms.GRACE were so great and helpful. Dinner by the pool was tasty. The room was not very big, but in good condition, Ms. SHARON, my housekeeper was a nice lady and a guy whom worked on MOI day, I forgot to ask his name was an excellent staff.Security guard team were perfectly strict but friendly, they always made sure checking before I left and return to premise. I felt safe with their effort.
