    The staff will find any excuse to ring your room several times and get in, especially when youre not there. And they will ROB YOU, but not enough so you dont notice until you get home.     Serena Nairobi is a beautiful l, clean, modern hotel in downtown Nairobi, with gorgeous art throughout the shared spaces. Heated pool was divine after a long flight, food, wine, and other amenities were first rate. Rooms and baths are western in design, and gym was terrific. Staff is friendly and attentive.
