The staff will find any excuse to ring your room several times and get in, especially when youre not there. And they will ROB YOU, but not enough so you dont notice until you get home. We are deeply sorry that we fell short of the level of safety and care that every guest deserves and quite rightly expects from us. Please be assured that we are treating this matter with the utmost seriousness.
