    The raddison hotel uppehill is the best hotel to be .my birthday was made whole and unique in a style of it's own in the whole world to me ,thanks to my college's and the raddison family, Mr Nelson , Godliver,and the management for the ambiance ,customised to satisfaction and surprise celebration of the birthday I recommend to all intending to have a personalize guest satisfactory experience thank you Raddison

    We had such a great time, Humidor lounge was such a great deal the staff were friendily and willing to help. Special shout out to Martha ,Fredric and Stephen who took great care of us .The ambiance,food and drinks was just amazing.The hotel is located conviniently close to major business hubs. Overall the facility is great! and we cant wait to return .

    The experience at the hotel was memorable, in addition to the excellent accommodation rooms, the workshop ballroom and breakout rooms, the meals and the service were absolutely great. The Management (the two Fiona's) and all staff - at business centre, the auxiliary service staff and the front desk staff - particularly Janet and others under the oversight of Mr Josiah, were very understanding, helpful and friendly, and made our stay very comfortable - the small glitches here and there notwithstanding.Thank you to the entire family of Radisson Blu Nairobi Upper Hill!

    Extremely terrible.Very dirty, food that had overstayed, demotivated staff. Total waste of money. This place can take your moods from 10 to 0. By the way, they had their power disconnected due to non payment, yet they had no backup. Refund is not allowed

    We booked one night after arriving from kampala on a bus! we arrived, paid and went for breakfast, which was terrible. When we got inside the room we noticed the sheets on the bed are torn, the smell in the room was horrible(like inside a mens urination) and the shower was dirty. we immidietly got back to the reception said that we are sorry but we will move to a different hotel and asked our money back. First they told us that refund is not an option, than they said it would take about a week. currently it has been almost 2 weeks, we got no refund, and now they are not even answering our calls (if we call from a different number they answer!). Avoid at all cost from this place!
