    My organization from Sweden held a conference at Park Inn in October, and I have only positive things to say. The communication from the entire team before, during, and after our stay was excellent. We were a large group, but everyone felt welcome and well taken care of.The food was great, and the service was outstanding. I would happily come back.I would also like to give a special thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping the dresses I accidentally left behind for eight months (!) until a colleague was able to collect them on a trip to Nairobi. That is truly exceptional service!

    Whilst the room was nice and the steak I had for dinner was nice, The customer friendliness was not good. The only time someone spoke to me or acknowledged me was when asking for my room number. When bringing anything to the table or clearing anything staff would not greet or ask if you needed anything. Very cold unwelcoming feeling.

    This is the first time I'm staying at the Park Inn Radisson. I have enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and the staff have been very helpful. I would like to give a shout out to Roy at front desk who has been excellent and super helpful when we had to unlock a credit card. I will definitely be back!
