    Two separate stays. First room was great-nice and cool, comfortable. Next stay we had to request a new room because the ac wasn’t working and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed was also very uncomfortable. They were very gracious to upgrade us to a suite on the 3rd floor which was much better. Unfortunately the elevator didn’t work on that floor and we had to take the stairs whenever we wanted to go down to the ground floor. The people are very friendly and accommodating.

    Had an overall beautiful experience, from the location which made accessing the city easy. Clean rooms, good food, good ambience, good rooms, great value for money and a beautiful atmosphere generally . A staff called Treezer was especially helpful when I wanted to locate a mall to activate my m-pessa. She even offered security tips. Bless her soul. A 10/10 experience, will visit again!
