    The hotel is clean very spacious with sufficient amenities. The staffs were very professional and helpful. And the food.... I have no words we had both the buffet lunch and breakfast and I think it's the most delicious food we had in Kenya. They don't have no on their dictionary, whatever you ask they try to find a way to get it and do it for you. Even when we asked for a late check out because our flight got delayed, they immediately said Okay. Most of all Brenda was so amazing, she was helpful hospitable. Definitely coming back here.

    My stay was absolutely magical the staff went above and beyond from the general manager Mr Simon to the rest of the staff just to mention a few Patricia, Sharon, Faith, Victor and Geoffrey.The front desk was efficient,the room was spacious and well kept all times.The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge variety of options,The convenient location made exploring the city a breeze,the express check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth highly recommend for any business traveller.     The location is quite strategic with good atmosphere and ambience. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. However the water bottles in use were too small to quench our thirst, both in the conference facility and in the rooms. Also, Kyamwilu hall lacks both natural and artificial ventilation, we really suffered in there.     This hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Amos and Serah were extremely helpful and met all of my needs. The restaurant has a great selection and staff are attentive. The hotel is located in the Signature Mall which is a great bonus....thanks to all for a great visit .
