    Attended the MCK Awards at Safari Park Hotel on Thika Road on 15th May. The event was well organized with a great atmosphere and smooth coordination throughout the evening. The venue was spacious and well set up for a large crowd, and the overall ambiance was lively and memorable.The catering during the event was good, with timely service during breaks and decent food and refreshments that matched the scale of the event. I remember there was Indian cuisine included, though I can’t recall all the other dishes. Staff were professional and helpful throughout.     Standout Staff - Extraordinary services

    Services were good. Staff were highly professional. A particular cleaner assigned to my room (612) and that whole lane (600 - 6XX) was excellent with her services. I believe she goes by the name Linda or so. She always shows great concern and wears a smily face while she's been requested to do extra works. It is good to recognise such sacrifices. She was the standout amongst all. Thank you for your services.     Very bad experience at Safari Park BBQ.We booked for 21 people but only 15 came — the staff still forced us to pay for all 21 and even called security to stop guests from leaving.Extremely rude and unprofessional.
