    Great experience!

    rating23 Sept 2026

We enjoyed two stays at the Sarova Panafric that bookend our safari. Beautiful hotel even thought they are adding to the property. Construction ended early and was not an issue. The front desk staff and porters were fantastic, especially Tabitha. The food in the restaurant was great. I ate Indian inspired dishes that were some of the best I have ever had. The wait staff was attentive and helpful.Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for couples or business. Sarova Panafric, manager at Sarova Panafric, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stays at Sarova Panafric and that the construction work did not hinder your time with us. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!Kind regards,David Thiong'oGeneral Manager

    Our unexpected but pleasant stay

    rating19 Sept 2026

Our group was “placed” at this resort following a week long mission trip. We were to leave Nairobi but due to an air traffic controller strike we were grounded. The airlines put our group up in your resort. The resort was amazing from the staff, the facilities and the food. We were welcomed and the staff helped make our stay more enjoyable even though they knew our stay was unexpected. From the beginning, Monica was very helpful in getting us situated in our rooms. Wangeri who was always so pleasant in the dining services. The food and her staff were great especially Dianna and Veronica. They helped us arrange for a birthday dessert for one of the young men who was traveling with us. Many of us took advantage of the wonderful spa area in the resort. I personally enjoyed an incredible facial experience. My facial was performed by Veda. I’m not sure if I have her name exactly correct Even though this stay was unexpected and most of us were really wanting to get home our stay was made much easier by the caring and kind staff of your resort Sarova Panafric, manager at Sarova Panafric, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience with us! It’s heartwarming to know that, despite the unexpected circumstances, our team was able to make your stay enjoyable. We’re thrilled you loved the facilities, food, and especially the services provided by Monica, Wangeri, Dianna, and Veronica. It sounds like you had a truly relaxing time at our spa, and we appreciate your kind words about Veda. We hope to welcome you back to Sarova Panafric in the future!Kind regards,David Thiong'oGeneral Manager
