Unpleasant scent in the room
10 May 2026
We were accommodated in a spacious room on the 10th floor, which featured a balcony. However, upon our arrival, the bathroom began emitting an unpleasant odor. Subsequently, both of us experienced allergic symptoms upon waking. Additionally, all of our personal belongings have become contaminated with the moldy scent. We were unable to maintain an open bathroom door, as the odor appears to originate from the air ventilation system. We kindly request that this matter be investigated promptly, as it poses a health risk to your guests.Furthermore, we have observed that the spa services are excessively priced.

Lovely hotel for city break
09 Mar 2026
We really loved our 3 night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The staff is very helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a good selection of hot and cold items, cereals, and good coffee. The hotel is situated next to bus and tram stops into town. If the weather is good it is only a 20 minute walk to the city centre Tourist44214281176, at Bellevue Park Hotel Riga, responded to this review Dear Nigel H,Thank you very much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your 3-night stay with us and appreciated the clean room, comfortable beds, and the bathroom. Solid Hotel with Good Services Near Park and Tram
16 Jun 2025
We stayed in a standard room at the hotel during the Riga Marathon in May 2025. The location was excellent for our needs: about two kilometers from the city center, with a tram stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to get around. Nearby, there’s a large park with cherry trees, water features, and even a Ferris wheel – a lovely environment to have close by.Our room and the hotel overall were clean and practical, especially suitable for sports travelers. The hotel offers a good range of services, including a small convenience store, a spa area, massage services, a gym, and a souvenir shop. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice – once pasta, once pizza. Both meals were just okay: nothing bad, but nothing particularly memorable either.Staff were friendly and spoke good English, which made communication easy.TIP: If you're planning to stay at this hotel during the Riga Marathon, be aware that all bridges over the Daugava River are closed for the entire marathon day. This means taxis and buses cannot reach the hotel via the usual direct routes. After the race, our taxi had to take a 30 km detour from the Opera House to the hotel due to the road closures. Plan accordingly!

Lack of cleaning in the room
01 May 2025
Never come back in this hotel. 2 days in row when the housekeeper did not enter our room. Trash bins full, the used towels on the floor, no fresh towels available. No manager available at 8 pm, limited power of the front desk employees. Much more than unpleasant.
