Location

This modern, luxury hotel is ideally situated at the heart of the city of Riga, in close proximity to the old town. The national opera and a large shopping centre are both only a few minutes walk away. Copious entertainment attractions are to be found in the immediate vicinity. The hotel was built in 1871. The hotel has 17 single rooms and 24 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     The hotel its self is in a great location, not far from the old town but close to shopping centres and bars and the food market. The room is decroated nicely, slightly small but doable. The beds were so uncomfy!! Rock hard and i could not sleep at all! Breakfast was ok, not alot of choice though!

    Stayed a 3 night stay great hotel location amazing right in the old town staff very friendly room stunning sad to leave tomorrow but definitely be back also hotel close to central market

    We had the most amazing holiday in Riga, made extra special by staying in this fabulous hotel.The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of the Old Town.The bus stops nearby so it's easy to catch the number 22 bus to and from the airport.The hotel is very welcoming and the staff were helpful and friendly.There are complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby area, which we thought was a lovely touch.Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking the courtyard. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious.The bed was comfortable and the walk in shower was great.The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided.Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we returned to Riga in the future.

    Beautiful hotel ruined by unbearable beds

    The room was smaller than shown in the pictures, and the bed was extremely hard. The staff were kind and friendly, and they added an extra blanket for the following night, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed still ruined my sleep, and I spent the entire next day feeling exhausted.That said, the hotel itself was clean and very nice-looking, had a good atmosphere and good location. However, if you want to leave your vacation feeling refreshed, I strongly recommend choosing a hotel with beds that are actually comfortable to sleep on. I expected much more from a four-star hotel.

    We stayed with a group of friends for two nights. The hotel is in a good location, close to a large shopping mall (across the street), on the edge of the old town.Breakfast (separately 20€) is worth the price. Fresh products, a varied spread. Delicious cheeses and fresh smoothies. Mimosas to start.Special diets taken into account.The staff was very friendly, the service attitude was really good! We got our room very early. Big thanks.
