Great hotel in great location

The hotel is in a great location. Very convenient for the airport and the town. It is a safe area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very nice: great facilities in the rooms and the hotel, all in good working order. The staff were very helpful. I did not eat at the hotel but used the bar and it was very good. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant and the staff were very helpful.

'I've stayed in 5 star hotels around the world. This Grand Palace is a diamond tucked away...from the crazy hustle bustle of the big city..I have been a guest 3 times...now I plan my yearly get aways to BEAUTIFUL RIGA, Wonderful, detail oriented, accomodating personable staff. It truly is MY HOME away from home (USA). I've found my heaven. Marcis mgr. helps me with personal travel requests and other questions. THE BEST...from a world traveller.
