    If you are looking for the perfect blend of charm and convenience, this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in the Old Town Riga.The room and the bed are amazing, but the highlight is the view. Being able to look out over the picturesque cobblestone streets of the Old Town provides such an authentic and atmospheric experience that you simply cannot find anywhere else.Beyond the room, the location is absolutely perfect. This made our Riga trip truly unforgettable.Highly recommended!     This hotel cannot be faulted. The location, comfort, cleanliness, staff and food are all perfect. Centrally located one can never wander too far from the hotel, which we found handy when out shopping or just wanted to sit down for a coffee and cruffin in the restaurant. We would highly recommend this hotel.     Fantastic location in old town.

    This was a secret escapes deal. The hotel rooms are located in seven separate buildings. We were given an upgrade and we were in block 7on the ground floor. I had requested a quiet room and it was apart from room doors and front door banging, as doors were very heavy. We had a mini kitchenette with two ring stove if we had wanted to heat things up. Fridge, kettle and coffee machine too.Room was spacious and very clean. Robes and slippers were provided.Shower was powerfully and bathroom was spacious with shelves and a magnifying mirror. Safe could take iPads. Tour groups come through the hotel as parts of the original wall around Riga is still visible so ask for a quiet room if you like to sleep in.Breakfast next door in Two more beers bar. Staff were excellent and helpful.Rimi supermarket and shopping centre just around the corner. Easy to walk to all attractions.Small niggles:Towels thinPillows not greatVery dark in the bar so hard to read food labels.No drawers and only six hangers. Milk and tea not replenished daily

    Charming historic hotel in the heart of the old town

    This hotel is nestled in the heart of Riga old town and is spread across various medieval buildings. As charming outside as inside, the hotel features modern and well equipped rooms, one main restaurant and a pastry shop.As we travelled with a kid, we had originally booked an executive room but we were surprised by a free upgrade to a junior suite. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable though I would improve the pillow quality. Free water bottles, a selection of teas and Illy coffee capsules, alongside the usual bathroom amenities were provided. Breakfast was good despite the choice being not super wide - it would have been nice to have the chance to order some food like omelettes or to have more juices, but overall we had pleasant meals.The location of this hotel is the true selling point. Right in the centre of the old town, it's close to numerous restaurants and bars, and just a few minutes from all main attractions. Despite its location, we didn't experience any noise coming from the street.We travelled by car and managed to park it less than 200m from the hotel, payment of which was sorted directly at the reception.Overall, we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would come back for sure.
