09 Jun 2026
A big shout out to the excellent service provided by Renate in the bar at the Radisson Blu Latvia in Riga tonight. Renate’s happy, welcoming can-do approach to looking after us tonight was greatly appreciated & she is an asset to the hotel. Thank you Renate.

Good location, average rooms
08 Jun 2026
Location s pretty good to visit the town and an upper floor would help in terms of views. White nights also offer a treat in this respect. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. A minus for instant coffee which I find lousy for 2026. Comfy beds, too green pressure of the shower and minimalistic amenities. Breakfast is nice and pretty comprehensive minus decaf coffee.

Great room, Spa is a joke
24 May 2026
Minus:The "5-star" spa was a joke; it was far too crowded and not very well maintained. I am so glad it was included as a free perk with my RR VIP status, because I wouldn't have paid one euro for it. The breakfast was also way too crowded at times, though it was a lot quieter in the members section of the breakfast area. Additionally, the reception can be super slow at times, and there was not much storage space in the room.Plus:I got a really nice upgrade to a renovated room on a high floor, which offered an exceptional view over Riga. The bathroom was nice, and the bed was great. I also received a welcome gift and a card, which was highly appreciated. Furthermore, the room had a great heater that made it warm and comfortable. Tetyana Rudenko, Other at Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, Riga, responded to this review Dear ModestXPosh,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent stay with us.We are truly pleased to hear that you enjoyed several aspects of your stay, particularly your upgraded renovated room with its exceptional view over Riga, the comfortable bed, and the warm atmosphere. It is also wonderful to know that the welcome gift and card were appreciated- your kind comments will be shared with our team.At the same time, we sincerely regret that other aspects of your experience did not meet expectations.Regarding the spa, we are very sorry to hear that it felt overcrowded and not well maintained during your visit. Please kindly note that our main spa facilities are currently under renovation, with the full reopening planned for the end of September. During this period, the available facilities may be more limited than usual, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We also acknowledge your comments about the breakfast area being crowded at times, as well as delays at reception and limited storage space in the room. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments, as we continuously work to improve both comfort and service efficiency.Thank you once again for your honest and constructive feedback. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, once our spa facilities are fully reopened, and to provide you with a much more seamless and enjoyable experience.Warm regards,The Team of Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, Riga
