My friends and I went on a trip to enjoy Rigas night life and this particular hotel was located close enough to walk to the clubs, but far enough to have a good nights sleep. Staff is very friendly and full of knowledge, and could provide me with answers in detail. They really go above and beyond. Will be returning again next year!

Pros;Great Location.Cool Building.Cons;Rooms in need of renovation.Breakfast is a bit of a let down and is expensive for what it is. Book without breakfast and eat elsewhere if possible.Very small (unequipped) gym.Our room was not cleaned one day. They simply forgot.

So, to start with a good.. Hotel, placed in the wonderful building, is on the excellent location at the edge of the old city, close to parks and many bars and restaurants. Beautiful views of the park from the room. All the staff I've interacted with were friendly, professional and helpful.The rest was, honestly, disappointing and well below Radisson standards for a 4 star hotel. No standard amenities in the room (like dental, shaving and vanity kit). No bathrobes and slippers in standard room. Carpets throughout the halls and in the room are old, worn out and with many stains. There is no hotel bar as such - cafeteria that is in the scope of the hotel close down at 19:00 and has very limited offer and limited indoor / outdoor seating. And breakfast was a special case of sad story. For 12 euros, all you get is poor choice of food. I've seen far better breakfasts in budget hotels.All together, there is A LOT to improve to bring the hotel to 4 stars Radisson standard.
