The staff at reception desk did their job properly but a smile had made me feel welcome. The service both checking in and out was very unsmiling. A little and easy thing that means a lot. Otherwise everything was very OK.

When I come to Latvia I always check this hotel because each time I enjoy my stay with family. The staff is helpful and kind, location is great. I already stayed in this hotel 3 times. Please don’t change your standards.

Convenient access, beautiful location, close to the Old Town. Cosy room, clean environment, polite staff, delicious food, good service. Good free parking for cars. Thank You!

Hotel rooms look old and tired, might need renewing of interior. Smoking was allowed only in arras where is no roof so we had to smoke in a rain
