  Mean with tap water at dinner and milk in rooms for tea but prosseco at breakfast!

  I was actually with a tour group but there was no option for that. The hotel was fine, nice rooms and central position but my main gripe was no milk supplied for drinks, you had to go and buy it and tap water was not served in the restaurant. But fizzy wine was served at breakfast. Doesn't make sense.   Great hotel right in the heart of Riga

  This clean and well managed hotel is right in the heart of Riga with a ten minute walk to the Old Town, across the road from the iconic market and five minutes away from Central Station. The 22 hotel bus stops right across the road on the way in and right outside on the way out. The reception staff are very helpful and speak great English. The room itself was spotless and spacious with lovely soft beds, The bathroom. had plenty of towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a safe if you need it and a fridge. Despite being on a main road it was very, very quiet. This is a green hotel so if you want daily room service then you have put a sign on your door handle. Breakfast was from 7am weekdays and was good quality with the usual range of hot foods and desserts. There was even sparkling wine if you like an early morning tipple, The machine coffee was nicer than usual. We did eat in the hotel restaurant which was decently priced but average.   Booked adjacent/connecting rooms which was perfect for a family travel. Clean and spacious. Room ceilings light is a rarity in most hotels. Having a towel warmer is a very nice touch. There was a water cooler in the hallway for added convenience. Location is perfect right on the edge of the old town. Train station is 10 min away for any day trips. Breakfast variety was excellent. A few notes on improving the stay even further - add a tissue box, add an extra chair or some ottoman for additional seating space, install soft closing toilet seats, bathtub grout can be refreshed.   Room weren’t clean up

  Breakfast rooms were full, people had to be in line for the breakfast.When we arrived, we had two rooms. While going to rooms, we notived, that other room was not cleaned after other guests. Hotel cleaned the room guickly.
