  My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredible team who consistently go above and beyond. The level of service here is something special and truly sets this place apart.There are so many staff members who made my stay memorable — even those whose names I don’t know (and I wish I did, because they deserve recognition!). Everyone is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.A special mention to the minibar gentleman who always seems to know exactly what I need, the reception team for such a warm and welcoming arrival every time, Sarah in red who stands out for her kindness and professionalism, the fantastic breakfast team, and the concierge staff who are always helpful and efficient.It really feels like a remarkable team effort throughout the entire hotel.   We stayed in the room 4037, which was generously sized, and offered a fantastic view. The room was well-appointed, and the minibar was consistently stocked with a good variety of items. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.The housekeeping service was incredibly efficient , keeping our suite prepared and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed and quickly delivering any extra items immediately and politely. Their high standard of cleanliness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience and contributed a comfortable and worry-free vacation.The reception team provided a warm welcome and made sure we are having zero problems in our stay, making check-in check-out and luggage handling a breeze. The Lady in Red was a helpful presence, offering personalized assistance. The operator service was also helpful whenever we called.A highlight was the dining. The food throughout the hotel is exceptionally fresh and flavorful. Room service was excellent at talking the order and concerning allergy and sensitive details as the waiter delivered delicious meals right to our door fast, hot and at accurate time. At Cilantro, the waiter provided top-tier service.The IT service was perfect for helping us in the room, the internet connection was reliable and fast.Overall, the high standard of service and the beautiful property made this one of our best hotel stays in Beirut. I highly recommend it.
