    Unprofessional handling of a confirmed and paid reservation

    The hotel was fully paid and the reservation confirmed, yet upon our guests’ arrival the staff did not recognize the booking and started asking for payment again. Shortly after, it became clear that the hotel was overbooked and could not provide a room at all.Our important guests were sent to another hotel at the last minute, without any apology, compensation, or discount, only being informed that the payment would be refunded.This is not an acceptable way to handle confirmed reservations, especially when hosting important guests. A refund alone does not compensate for the stress, inconvenience, and reputational damage caused.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values reliability and professional service.

    The interior of the hotel is renovated. Clean fresh and practical rooms. Budget friendly hotel. Breakfast spread is good. It’s worth it for a short stay. Safe to stay. Hallways on the room floors have a main door that can only be accessed with a special code. Rooms no longer use key card. Codes are used to open the door.

    Budget. Clean. Good breakfast. Close to the old town. Close to the airport by public transportation. Friendly staff. I did not have any special requirements, so it suited me good, but if you are searching smth more special, maybe should consider other place.

    Very questionable "three stars"...

    We'd been misled by the advertisement promising " soundproofed rooms with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TVs and seating areas". Far away from the promised "Feel at home" idea. Highly modest hospitality more resembling total apathy.Very little space, no wardrobe or proper piece of furniture for coats and footwear: all garments (underwear included) were supposed to be put on open hangers. No shelves in the bathroom; moreover, the WC had broken lid, taps not cleaned properly and that legendary horse-tail long spider web on the window... Speaking of "soundrpoofed" wall - the biggest lie, as simple sheet of paper may have been more soundproof than their "soundproofed rooms". We "enjoyed" all possible sounds around starting with drunk and inadequate neighbours arguing and making noise in Room 327 and finishing some other guests simply trying to take the coats off the wall hangers or open their room door. Annoynig stay accompanied by sleepless night and total mess around. Not worth a cent from the sum paid. P.S. The breakfast wasn't that bad, so several cups of coffee and hot omelette helped a bit to two "point" in rating.

    A budget hotel with good breakfast. Location is very near Vilnius Old Town. Just a short to the Old Town. The rooms are clean but need an upgrade. The bedroom is simple and the bathroom a bit on the 80’s look. But I guess that’s the reason why room rates are low
