    Out of the world customer service makes this a five star hotel!

    Hotel Paccai is beautiful and has the perfect location for exploring Vilnius. Virtually every bar and restaurant we went to was right nearby. But it’s the customer service that made staying here special. From our friendly greeting—with a welcome drink!—and help with car and luggage, to the cheerful greeting and service each morning at breakfast, to the speed with which our car was waiting for us upon checkout, to the thoughtful offer of waters for our drive. All so warm and friendly!The room was large and well appointed, the bathroom had any amenity you might need. Breakfast was standard buffet fare with some nice menu options.There were a couple issues though. Upon arriving, we couldn’t find the entrance, which is through an arch and into a courtyard. Our room was very far from the lobby; there were stairs that led to the courtyard and shortened the trip. Small things to quibble about when our stay was made so lovely by the top notch staff.

    The Pacai is a genuinely beautiful hotel with a strong design identity, modern and elegant in a way that immediately stands out. The location is excellent, and the restaurant is very good and worth visiting at least once during the stay. Breakfast was also a highlight.A few details worth knowing before you book: rooms are on the smaller side and bathrooms are fairly basic for the category. Towels felt worn and smaller than what you would typically expect at this level. Blackout curtains are available but light comes in around the edges, so clients who are sensitive to light should keep that in mind. Pillows are also on the small side.If you are traveling with children and need a rollaway bed, I would flag this to the property in advance. The one provided during our stay was uncomfortable and the legs had a tendency to fold in, which required constant attention.On the positive side, the team was warm and thoughtful with the little ones: they left coloring books, kids shampoo, and soap in the room, which was a lovely touch. Overall, the Pacai is a beautiful property with real character, but there are operational details that could be refined to match the level of its design.

    Beautiful luxury hotel with good sense of place. The architecture is a work of art. Nice outside dining in the patio (weather permitting). Excellent service.

    This is a great hotel, right in the center of Old Town. It’s beautifully decorated and the room was nice. All the staff and extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Parking was easy as they handled it. Google Maps brought us right there.

    Ample staff - always someone available to assist. Good location for walking to many sights of interest. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Recommended.
